1. Limited Warranty
1.1 Important Information
Puddibear (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty for Puddibear products (the “Product”).
This warranty:
- Applies only to products purchased from Puddibear or authorized retailers
- Applies to personal use only (not for resale or commercial use)
- Does not affect your statutory consumer rights
The warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.
1.2 Warranty Period
- European Union / Switzerland: 2 years
- All other regions: 1 year
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
If local laws provide longer mandatory warranty periods, those laws will apply.
⚠️ Consumable parts (e.g., batteries subject to normal wear) are not fully covered.
1.3 What This Warranty Covers
Puddibear warrants that the Product will be free from:
- Material defects
- Manufacturing defects
under normal use and in accordance with official instructions (manuals, app guidance, etc.).
1.4 How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact:
You will need to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Product serial number (SN)
- Description of the issue
If the product was purchased through a reseller, please contact them first.
1.5 What We Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit
- Replace with an equivalent or upgraded model
We will cover:
- Repair/replacement costs
- Domestic shipping (within original purchase region)
⚠️ International shipping, duties, or customs fees are not covered.
1.6 What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear (including battery aging)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper storage or handling
- Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
- Network or connectivity issues beyond our control
- Use with non-approved accessories
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Damage during return shipping due to improper packaging
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Puddibear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price
Nothing in this section limits liability where prohibited by law (e.g., personal injury caused by negligence).
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within:

2.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Product must be in like-new condition
- Returned with original packaging and all accessories
- No signs of misuse or damage
⚠️ Returns are only accepted in the original purchase region.

Products purchased from third-party sellers must follow their own policies.
2.4 How to Initiate a Return

- Request return authorization
- Repack product securely (preferably original packaging)

⚠️ Unauthorized returns or COD shipments will not be accepted.
We recommend using:
- UPS / FedEx / DHL with tracking
2.5 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: within 7 business days after inspection
2.6 Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to product defect → we cover shipping
- If due to customer preference → customer pays return shipping
2.7 Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns if:
- Product is used, damaged, or incomplete
- Missing accessories
- Returned outside the 30-day window
2.8 For End Consumers Only
Puddibear products are sold for end users only.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders suspected for resale
- Limit quantities per customer
